Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your organization’s access to the business workflow, intake, and settlement applications operated by GST Software, Inc., including QwikSubmit and the ePayUs payment routing interface.
1. Platform Scope & Account Responsibility
GST Software provides software infrastructure designed for commercial policy management, client signature collection, and digital receivable processing. You must maintain credential security for all provisioned seats. Your organization accepts full legal responsibility for data transmissions, submissions, and payment instructions originating from your authenticated domain accounts.
2. Permitted Use & Data Integrity
Our platforms run on structured SQL infrastructure to replace static file attachments. You agree to use the software only for legitimate business records and commercial operations. You may not:
- Reverse engineer API protocols, webhook feeds, or core database schemas.
- Transmit malicious scripts, unencrypted sensitive bank files outside established rails, or fraudulent submission records.
- Exceed provisioned enterprise rate limits or automated server intake thresholds.
3. Subscription Fees & Payment Terminations
Software access fees are billed based on your agency deployment tier or agreed transactional rail rates. Overdue invoices exceeding 30 calendar days may trigger administrative suspension of intake dashboards and outward client request links.
4. Limitation of Liability
GST Software operates technical connectivity tools. We are not an insurance underwriting carrier, premium finance lender, or banking institution. Under no conditions is GST Software liable for lost commercial transactions, carrier policy rejections, banking transfer downtime, or consequential damages resulting from third-party system outages.
5. Governing Law
