GST Software treats commercial enterprise data with strict operational isolation. We build cloud tools that handle commercial policy renewals, client intake schedules, and receivable settlements without brokering or selling user information.

1. Information Captured by Our Services

When your agency or organization interacts with our ecosystem, we store only the data required to run business workflows:

• Operational Account Data: Name, professional email, organizational title, company tax or licensing identifiers, and authentication credentials.
• Intake & Policy Records: Policyholder schedules, business addresses, vehicle/property schedules, and signature metadata processed through QwikSubmit.
• Settlement Metadata: Invoice references, transaction routing confirmations, and ledger tracking numbers handled by ePayUs. We do not store raw card numbers or private banking keys directly on public-facing web servers.

2. How Records Are Handled & Stored

Your data is stored in partitioned SQL databases with field-level encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We use captured details strictly to process submitted applications, synchronize records between your active modules, and deliver transactional notifications.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Sub-processors

We share operational fields only with carrier clearinghouses, verified banking networks, and enterprise cloud hosting facilities explicitly designated to complete your requested transactions. We never monetize or license business contact registries to marketing brokers.

4. Data Retention & System Deletion

Your records remain active while your subscription continues. Upon written termination, client archives are scheduled for automated cryptographic wiping following regulatory compliance retention windows required by insurance recordkeeping standards.
